All sales at Pet Yard are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is different from what you ordered.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 03 333 087 with your order details and a photo of the item received. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
